Job Description:
Sagitec is Global IT Solutions Company and is looking to hire HR & Operations Manager in St.Paul, MN office to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees globally. If you are an expert in process optimization and have a strong service focus and a passion for achieving targets, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures.
- Handling all employment/business immigration related matters for employees.
- Taking care of monthly U.S. payroll and benefits administration.
- Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
- Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
- Helping with recruitment, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
- Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers.
- Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
- Managing a team of 4-5 employees.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software.
- Expert in U.S. labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
- Between 4- 6 years of professional experience working in global Human Resources.
- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company.
- Project and time management skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Proven expertise solving problems.
- Budget management skills.
- Knowledge of computers to perform necessary tasks with common office and HR programs.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, HR Management, or related field.
- PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
