What does a Cook at Sagora do?
- Cook à la carte items
- Monitor stock
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas
- Deep clean kitchen on a monthly basis
- Able to prepare food according to recipes
- Train and guide food service associates
- Plate and present beautiful food to be serves and enjoyed.
What do you need to be a Cook?
- One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handlers permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
- Ability to use math to calculate recipes and costing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
