Job Title: Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee and manage a team of employees
- Set goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the team
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
