Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers including setting appointments for customers and tracking shipments
- Assist in dispatching drivers
- Create, scan, image, copy, and/or code shipping documents
- Assist with OS&D for the terminal, including assisting with OS&D investigations on the dock
- Perform dock checks
- May perform driver check-in activities
- May direct work of other admin personnel
- Other office duties as required
- 1 years of office and customer service experience in a transportation environment is a plus
- OS&D experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with AS400 system
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Detail Oriented
