Description
SAIC is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant on the Horizon Program to support the U. S. Space Force (USSF) in their efforts to develop and deploy next-generation and advanced capability space systems. Under the Special Programs (SP) Directorate at the Space Systems Command (SSC) in El Segundo, California.
Duties Include:

Provides general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support

Performs routine and non-routine tasks including coordinating office/program inspections, maintaining conference rooms appearance and functionality, and electronic file management

Responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings, researching and securing requested information, compiling and proofing of various reports and studies
-
Transcribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required

Obtaining or providing information or data on matters of importance to the function of the program office or which may be a sensitive nature
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of related experience in an administrative function

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information and be willing to consent to a counter-intelligence polygraph examination

U.S. Citizenship Required

Knowledge in specialized office management and executive assistance functions

Experience must include proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc)

Experience must include working for/with high-grade/executive level customers
