Description
The National Security Customer Group of SAIC is seeking an IT Governance and Policy Analyst to provide expert analysis support to ensure effective, efficient, integration of modernized enterprise-wide IT services into a transformation infrastructure program within the DOD environment.
*This postion can be worked 100% remote nationwide*
Duties Include:
- Supports the organizational change manager’s efforts to foster change to operational technical governance frameworks.
- Ensures linkages between strategy and execution.
- Supports reviews and modification recommendations to IT policies, architectures, standards, and procedures, as needed to satisfy governance requirements.
- Supports development of a repeatable process for identifying and analyzing technologies and tools. Supports impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, transition, readiness, capability transfer, coaching, resistance management, and end-user training.
- Supports evaluation of change resistance, change impact, and organizational readiness to advise the Government of any adverse impacts to stability, cost, architecture, interoperability, compatibility, and service.
- Reviews business cases analyses for new and amended requirements confirming inclusion of sufficient cost, schedule, and risk information.
- Supports communication of new roles and responsibilities resulting from the changes.
- Assists in creating strategies and plans to help maximize successful adoption.
- Supports development of change deliverables and documentation that enables successful transitions and assists a transformation infrastructure program within the dod stakeholders, customers, and end users with strengthening and enhancing a transformation infrastructure program within the DOD’s it operating environment.
- Supports post-implementation reviews to assess decisions and performance related to the change request.
- Tracks and reports change integration issues.
- Monitors and reports change progress and metrics.
- Provides inputs and leads creation of the Activity Report.
- Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field.
- General knowledge of other related disciplines.
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.
- Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
- Work is reviewed by management to measure whether objectives have been met.
Qualifications
It is required that the IT Governance and Policy Analyst have the following qualifications:

Bachelors and Five (5) years or more experience

Active Top Secret Clearance must be SCI Eligible
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
