Description
SAIC currently has an opening for a Capability Developer onsite at Fort Eisenhower in Augusta, GA (formerly Fort Gordon).
Job Duties:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the customer with Army force modernization proponent functions, Army capability development processes, and Army coordination and staffing processes.
Qualifications
Required Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and ten (10) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Required Security Clearance:
- Candidate must have an Active Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Required Skills:
- Must be able to develop event-based schedules based on key events
- Must be able to develop calendar-based schedules with expected task and event completion dates with dependency relationships among tasks
- Must be able to develop briefings and reports with supporting graphics and other analyses
- Ability to work independently in a geographically dispersed location
- Ability to coordinate and accomplish tasks with indirect supervision and guidance
Desired Skills:
- Basic understanding of Information Advantage capabilities
- Basic understanding of Army Electronic Warfare capabilities
- Military instructor experience
- Space operational experience in SATCOM, NAVWAR, or Space Support
