SAIC currently has openings for a number of positions supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS). These positions will provide services to design, procure, configure, implement, test, secure, accredit, operate, and maintain DHS Information Technology (IT) and Physical Security (PS) infrastructure at the St. Elizabeths Campus and associated DHS facilities in the NCR. Scope includes the responsibility for the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of DHS's IT infrastructure and PS devices at the St. Elizabeths Campus and in some cases the Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC) and other facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR).
These positions are contingent upon contract award anticipated for August 2023 with an October 2023 start date.
Positions are available in the following skill areas. Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience:
• IT Service Desk Management
• IT Service Desk Support Level III
• IT Service Desk Support Level II
• IT Service Desk support Level I
