Description
SAIC is seeking an Email Operations Specialist with Focus in Email Hybrid/Exchange to support our Email Operations team with a strong background in Microsoft 365 products, Azure-hybrid based email environments, Server Systems Engineering, Strong networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP), PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Cisco IronPort, and Exchange Server 2019. Email Security: DKIM, DMARC, SPF Alignment, 365 Defender. Must be able to work effectively within a fast-paced ecosystem where responsiveness and active/pro-active engagement with our customer are absolute requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Contributes to build-out, maintain, and troubleshooting our virtual, cloud and physical infrastructure.
- Provides secure installation, systems integration, and technical support for the VMware virtual environment and Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Windows 2016/2019 servers, Modeling & Simulation (M&S) systems used in the deployed IT exercise support kits and on-premise services at various classification levels. ·
- Provides technical oversight and training in the installation, support, and sustainment of Azure hybrid email flow
- Supports the configuration and integration of M&S tools/applications within the environment, to include cybersecurity compliance, patching and routine maintenance.
- Supervisory responsibilities for up to 5 team members.
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience or 6 years in lieu of degree.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
