JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC is seeking an experienced executive administrator to support the front office of a mission center department. The candidate must be a self-starter and will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and functional duties across the project team including, but not limited to, the following:
Manage leadership calendars/schedules.
Mange conference room scheduling.
Order and organize supplies for the office.
Document meeting results and track action items from those meetings.
Coordinate events such as monthly VTC’s and quarterly offsites.
Assist in tracking and responding to incoming tasks.
Help coordinate and support events, travel, and conferences.
Provide logistical support to customer leadership.
Help book travel reservations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
Bachelor's Degree ( Or equivalent) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to coordinate multiple schedules and deconflict meetings for senior officers.
Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence; ability to interact with senior government and corporate leadership on routine basis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with standard Microsoft Office products.
Experience working with the Customer’s TaskIT application.
