Description

The Implementation Analyst is accountable for onboarding new IT systems, as well as developing documentation to support understanding of the supported systems/applications for those systems. They are also responsible for the coordination of credentialing, auditing credentials and stewarding new participants to the proper product to successfully engage with the supported systems/applications.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelors and four (4) years or more of related experience or seven (7) years experience with no Bachelors.
  • Must posses or be able to achieve a Public Trust level of clearance.
  • Must understand how to evaluate and onboard new IT systems into a cloud environment.
  • Must have experience working directly with customers.
  • Must have the ability to work independently in a remote atmosphere with proven track record doing so. Must have dedicated work area that offers privacy.
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly via written, oral, and virtual media.

Target salary range: $55,001 - $65,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
