Description
SAIC is seeking an IT Analyst for the Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) program based out of Panama City, FL.
The qualified candidate will support the Joint & Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) program, providing IT and administrative data collection and processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with team, customers, and end users via phone, email, chat, etc.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Enterprise IT metrics reporting and analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports utilizing MS Office, Remedy, SolarWinds.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and communications quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate with IT administrators and engineers on business needs – requires foundational knowledge of enterprise IT hardware and software.
- Track and coordinate software license procurements with vendors and customers.
- Track hardware procurements with vendors and customers.
- Prepare financial quotes for labor and travel expenses.
- Coordinate CONUS and OCONUS travel plans and assist with expense reporting using applications such as SPOT, Concur, and APACS.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Master and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years experience accepted in lieu of degree).
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of IT systems and networks
- Understands technology terms, operating systems, and equipment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with demonstrated Excel experience
Required Certification:
- Must have an active Security certification or the ability to obtain Security within 90 days of starting.
Required Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. A minimum of an Interim Secret clearance will be required prior to first day of employment.
Travel:
- Potential travel up to 10%.
