Description
SAIC is seeking a Lead Training Developer to support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch.
In support of the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO), SAIC is seeking multiple qualified and cleared candidates. We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems.
Job Description:
- Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel.
- Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules.
- May conduct New Equipment Training in both CONUS and OCONUS locations with a team of trainers.
- Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs; prepares lesson plans and training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
- Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
- May utilize trainers with technical expertise.
- May administer tests.
- Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Four (4) years' experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.
Clearance Requirements:
- A Top Secret Clearance is required to begin employment; a TS/SCI Security Clearance is required to maintain employment.
