Responsibilities include:
- Excel Reporting: Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to create and maintain reports that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Employ complex queries and data manipulation techniques to extract meaningful information from multiple sources.
- Security Patching and Vulnerability Scans: Assist with coordination and execution of security patching efforts across systems and applications. Track regular vulnerability scans, analyze results, and work with IT teams to address identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- IT Operations: Support various IT operations tasks, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of systems.
- Application Authority To Operate (ATO) Support: Maintain a keen awareness of ATO requirements and regulations for multiple applications. Track and manage documentation related to ATO compliance, ensuring that all necessary artifacts are up-to-date and accessible.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements. Provide insights based on data analysis to aid decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and configuration details related to reporting, Jira administration, security tasks, and ATO compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with IT teams, project managers, security personnel, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address challenges, and ensure alignment of activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and optimize IT operations. Propose and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in MS Excel reporting, including the ability to write complex formulas, use pivot tables, and manipulate data for meaningful insights.
- Understanding of security patching processes, vulnerability scanning, and remediation techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset to manage ATO-related documentation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Solid understanding of IT operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Education and Clearance:
