Description

Responsibilities Include
- Configure and manage network access controls in accordance with government account management policies.
- Support cybersecurity and information assurance services in compliance with DoD IA policies, processes, and procedures.
- Create, update, maintain, and submit network management and security diagrams to the government.
- Provide initial level of support for service requests, incidents, and problems.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Must have a current active TS/SCI clearance (US Citizenship required).
- DOD 8570 IAT/IAM Level II baseline certification required (Security or equivalent).
- Experience working with enterprise-level Cisco hardware, operating systems, and technologies across enterprise information systems and networks.
- Experience with Cisco-based routing and switching technologies.
- Experience with Cisco-based Access Control Lists (ACLs) to secure network traffic.
- Experience configuring network authentication using the TACACS and RADIUS protocols.
- Experience configuring and managing in-line encryption devices.
- Experience with implementation and use of network monitoring, fault management, and performance analysis tools.
- Experience with Cisco networking security solutions, technologies, and best practices to support the secure implementation and sustainment of enterprise network devices in line with IA and INFOSEC compliance and governance.
- Experience supporting technology delivery to commercial or government clients.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
