Description
SAIC is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, VA, supporting the DISA-JSP customer.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates processing for badges, access to rooms, site visits, and network accounts.
Manage day-to-day execution of on-boarding personnel: requesting network accounts, building badges, coordinate annual badge renewals, obtain access to government facilities for personnel, submit requests for privilege access, and other requirements needed for personnel to carry out their duties. Daily use of JSP’s in-processing database: Remedy ticketing system.
Serves as main Point of Contact with JSP Security to manage and process team security issues.
Processing visit requests for personnel on contract.
Fulfilling IT requirements within the organization; initiate, review, validate and justify all IT requests for personnel. Ensure life cycle management.
Schedules Meeting and Conference Room as directed.
Maintain Team Roster, Phone Lists, Seating charts, organization charts, etc.
Responsible for updating current Staff leave and training calendar for all employees.
Serves as liaison to Property Management for any facilities requirements within the work area.
Attend regular meetings, and help prepare meeting minutes
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
Independently identify sources, personnel required necessary to complete assigned projects. Follow up to ensure successful completion.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed or as assigned; participate in special projects as required.
Coordinate with team leads to ensure staff compliance with DoD annual security trainings to meet required deadlines, maintaining and recording of system and platform certifications, and other related staff and personnel data calls as requested by the Government
Responsible for administrative functions to support a group that consists of combined Contractor and Government personnel located at multiple sites. Serve as primary point of contact for administrative support for the branch. Responsible for all in-processing and out-processing of personnel and assuring compliance with all requirements. Work in a team of professionals and provide administrative support as needed.
Notes:
- Department of Defense interim SECRET security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
BASIC REQUIRED QUALITIFICATIONS
College degree or equivalent work experience, with 3 years of experience in an organizational, administrative environment.

Target salary range: $50,001 - $75,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
