CNA Training Program
Full or Part Time | Day and Evening Classes Available | Starting October 2nd or November 27th, 2023
The training program will be 8-9 weeks in length.
Upon successful completion of the Training Program, you are guaranteed placement as a CNA!
** Ability to work in another capacity for Saint Elizabeth before and during training is available **
Join our community of caring as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Saint Elizabeth Community offers a FREE CNA Training Program to prepare you for a career in a variety of eldercare settings including our nursing home, short-term rehab, adult day centers, assisted living and home care. A retention bonus of $1,000 is available upon completion of 6 months of satisfactory qualifying employment with Saint Elizabeth Community and again at the end of 12 months, for a total of $2,000.

Learn foundational nursing support skills to provide expert-level, dedicated and attentive care from our experienced clinical education leaders. Our program consists of both comprehensive classroom and hands-on clinical education.

Qualifications for this position:
- Must have a strong desire and passion for direct patient care.
- Must have strong documentation skills and be able to work independently.
- Previous direct patient care or work in human services experience preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Please note that CNA class graduates are required to maintain employment with Saint Elizabeth Community in a staff position with a minimum of 24 scheduled hours per week for a period of one year following graduation. Should your status change or employment end prior to fulfilling the one-year commitment, graduates are responsible for reimbursing Saint Elizabeth Community for the cost of their training.
