What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher position at Saint Elizabeth School?
We are looking for teachers who will facilitate learning and maintain academic progress, discipline, and records for students. Works with families and students to provide and implement classroom education to meet the needs of our students.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Implement lessons aligned with California Common Core standards that will meet the needs of individual students
- Incorporate small group instruction in core subjects
- Regularly analyze and utilize data from online curriculum to assess student learning and guide planning
- Foster positive relationships with families with consistent communication
- Create and foster a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Establishes clear objectives for all lessons, units and projects, and communicate those objectives to students, families, and peers as appropriate
- Creates effective lesson plans to guide daily instruction
- Collaborates and communicates with staff to meet the educational needs of students
