Admissions Counselor

Saint Francis University invites applications for a 12 month Admissions Counselor in the Office of Admissions. The Admissions Counselor is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of traditional first-year students into Saint Francis University. The position will require obtaining proficient knowledge and execution of admission standards and operating procedures as well as the institution’s general programs and services. The candidate must promote and support the unique Catholic, Franciscan mission and identity of the University.

Bachelor’s degree required; some professional work experience is strongly preferred. Must also possess a strong desire to work closely with prospective college-bound students and their families. Additional qualifications include exceptional oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and professionalism; additional experience and familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting, working within online databases, and the use of Microsoft Office suite. Extensive overnight travel required with some weekend work. Valid driver’s license required.
