Position Description
The Party Hall Manager at IPC has the critical responsibility to oversee the Party Hall and Birthday Party Operations in the Customer Service Department. This individual must practice the servant leader management style by treating all employees and fellow leaders with respect and support, ensuring a neat and fun department to work in.
Position Requirements and Responsibilities:
Possesses some leadership experience in the food service, family entertainment center industry, or event planning
Ability to move supplies and equipment
Requires being in good physical condition with good physical strength
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized party supply storage area
Possess excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skills
Perform duties as assigned by Director of Customer Service
Ability to interact with guests, fellow leaders, and all employees in a friendly, fun, and courteous way
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess knowledge to easily work in a computer based environment
Well-groomed and neat appearance
2 weeks of PTO after one year of employment (can use 1 week after 6 months of employment) for employees who average at least 32 hours of work per week for each anniversary date
