Materials Associate - Fulltime Night Shift

The Opportunity:
Saint Luke's Hospital, our Plaza location, is seeking a Materials Associate to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for: receiving product, delivering departmental supplies, stocking inventoried supplies, picking and staging supplies to fill par levels and departmental orders, managing out-dates, accurately and timely managing code carts and other critical procedure carts replenishment, locating recalled items and process for return shipment, maintaining departmental orderliness, rotating stock, cycle counting inventory, annual physical inventory, and all other duties assigned.

Shift Details:
* Full-time position
* Five day work week
* Shift times - 11:00pm to 7:30am
* Work week - Monday to Friday & Rotating weekends (every other weekend)
* Rotating holidays
General Summary:
Orders, tracks, stocks, audits, and delivers materials and equipment throughout the hospital.
Essential Duties:
* Offload, sort, document and deliver incoming/outgoing supplies for inbound/outbound shipments
* Complete the replenishment of par locations through par replenishment methods including picking orders, gathering/filling empty bins
* Follow up on order issues, including miss picks, shortages and obtaining substitute products when required
* Addresses incoming/outgoing communications to internal customers
* Assist in supply chain projects and initiatives including the building of carts, labelling supplies, participating in physical inventory, and setting up or reorganizing inventory locations
* Achieve quality and safety expectations including auditing inventory locations for regulatory compliance such as cleanliness, organization, expired supplies, ceiling heights and supplies put away in the correct locations.
* Clean/disinfect equipment and specialized carts for deployment throughout the hospital.
* Preforms work with a high level of customer service, keeping patient-focused care at the center of decision making.
* Operates/answers department and personal VOALTE phone line.
* May operate motorized pallet jacks.
* May be cross trained in other materials management functions.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
Standard Qualifications:
* High school diploma required
* Inventory management experience preferred.
* Some computer experience preferred.
Other Qualifications:
* Knowledge of medical supplies or previous stock room experience.
* High level of customer service and mission driven work ethic.
* Attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment.
