Responsibilities
The Enrollment Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive operation support to the Office of Admissions. This staff member is responsible for assisting in the entry and maintenance of data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, Slate, and the student information system (SIS), Ellucian Colleague, including but not limited to data imports, data checks, and completing application files. The Enrollment Operations Coordinator serves as the lead in the daily Slate/Colleague data transfer process and budget-related tasks. This staff member also provides significant assistance in numerous operation functions, such as answering the phone, monitoring quality assurance with student workers, processing mail, assisting with outgoing mail jobs, and helping to manage inventory of admissions marketing materials.
1. Conducts and assists with ongoing data tasks and projects related tot he Slate CRM, including undergraduate and graduate admission functions. Manages data imports and assists with data checks in Slate CRM. Utilizes Slate CRM to complete application files, processing supporting application material, manage external import process of data. Executes the entry and flow of data between the CRM and SIS systems.
2. Assists with general admission operation functions, including answering phones, preparing bulk mailing projects, helping to oversee quality assurance with student workers, processing mail, and helping to manage inventory.
3. Serves as lead on daily Slate/Colleague data transfers.
4. Serves as lead for budget-related tasks, including budget monitoring, purchase requests, invoice processing, etc.
5. Monitors and maintains an inventory of admissions marketing materials.
6. Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in on-campus events, including some evening and weekend programming
Experience and Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: REQUIRED: BA and/or equivalent knowledge, training & experience
PREFERRED: BA
Experience: (years required and applicable field of experience): experience in an administrative role in a quickpaced environment
Skills/Abilities: (e.g. computer skills, written & verbal skills, trades, laws, procedures, technical) Strongcomputer skills, excellent verbal and customer service skills, strong writing skills to prepare clear and concisecorrespondence and documentation for processes, manuals. Work in a collaborative manner with colleagueswithin the department, division, and College.
Other Requirements: (e.g. travel, weekend/evening work): Evening and Weekend work during peak seasons
