Job Posting for Clerical Office Assistant - Student Involvement at Saint Mary's College Student Hiring
DESCRIPTIONS:
The primary responsibilities are to create a welcoming office environment for students and guests of Saint Mary’s College. Interact with people and answer questions and inquiries. When needed: act as a receptionist, help with clerical needs, run errands, assist with postings and room set-ups, and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, takes initiative, and presents a professional image. Ability to work independently and with people of different backgrounds, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle emergency situations. Student should have general knowledge of Saint Mary's College, current campus events, and programing. Basic computer and social media knowledge. Must be in good disciplinary standing with the College.
PREFERRED SCHEDULE:
Will work with student's class schedule Monday - Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
