Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. - A minimum of six months experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care physician practice setting and/or direct patient care experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion in an accredited Medical Assistant Training program and/or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English
- Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory before start of work
- Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia training within 90 days of hire, if required by department.
