Saint Paul’s - Clearwater's Independent School is a proud co-educational, Episcopal-affiliated, independent school serving over 425 students from 8 weeks through 8th grade. Our 12-acre waterfront campus is nestled in a private neighborhood in the heart of Clearwater, Florida. Primary Responsibilities:
- The teaching, management, and discipline of assigned classes.
- Accept assignments and duties as determined by the Division Director, including study halls and various hall, lunch, and after-school patrols.
- Arrive punctually and leave after the official school day.
- Being punctual assumes being prepared for classes.
- After-school availability is assumed to assist students and to meet with teachers, parents, and administrators.
- Dress professionally and be well-groomed.
- Recognize that extra-curricular activities are essential to students, and students appreciate teacher interest in these activities.
- Attending athletic contests, performances, and evening or weekend events are assumed.
- Recognize the importance of appropriate relationships with parents.
- Professional attitude must be maintained but should be mixed with informal exchanges that are pleasant and respectful.
- Understand the parent consumer attitudes towards their school and their needs to see positive academic and social growth in their students.
- Be personally and professionally aware of students' emotional and intellectual stages in grades 1-6.
- Support their achievements, correct their mistakes, and recognize their uncertainties and fears.
- Integrate technology into all aspects of the curriculum
- Utilize technology to increase productivity, efficiencies, and efficiency (including email, word processing, presentation, and communication software
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of School
- Support the school and its leadership.

Experience:

Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent in an appropriate field

Physical Requirement:

- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds on an occasional basis
