Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: 100% Remote
Contract W2 Requirement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field • Strong technical background with a core competency in Salesforce software development and/or architecture • 5 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience • 2 year of experience with managing of a SCRUM team • 3 years’ experience with Salesforce (Community/Experience) • Extensive experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile SCRUM environment • Extensive experience with product lifecycles for new and existing products • Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with IT and Business stakeholders. • Understands technical and functional design requirements. • Technical depth of understanding deep enough to fluently converse with developers • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 5.0) • SAFe Certified Product Owner/Product Manager is a MUST • Working experience with Competency-based Learning/Education is highly preferred • Experience in Higher Education is preferred

Job Description
Client is looking for a talented, highly motivated Salesforce Product Owner (PO) to help drive a best in class Salesforce experience for our Client's Students, Faculty, and Academic Staff. This position will have content authority over the product backlog for their Agile team. The PO will own Feature and Product Backlog definitions and associated definitions and story pointing. The PO will work in concert with Agile Delivery Managers (Scrum Masters) to define/refine Business requirements, estimate and size feature delivery and coordinate and manage the product releases.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Agile Delivery Managers and Business stakeholders to construct the backlog
• Create, prioritize and maintain the product backlog
• Collaborate with technical leadership to ensure IT architectural roadmap aligns with product backlog
• Participate in sprint planning and coordination of feature dependencies
• Create use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria around the product and communicate them effectively to teams
• Accept /Commit stories into the product baseline using well documented acceptance criteria
• Coordinate and plan product releases
• Demonstrate the teams’ work to ADMs and Business stakeholders via sprint reviews
• Consistently meet ADM’s expectations
• Maintain core responsibilities with minimal supervision and be accountable for work commitments and outcomes
