The responsibilities of a Quality QC Technician are in assisting the quality team for guaranteeing the quality of product and services and to assist in the process of preparing all product certificate of analysis. Duties may require interpreting results, using various inspection tools and software and participation in investigations when issues surface. Employee must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team environment. This position will participate in the continuous improvement of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection and testing of components and assemblies for conformance to design and configuration requirements
Set up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
Perform a variety of tasks ranging from setting up test equipment needed to perform system level testing and conducts tests of Engineering and Production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences as determined by Test Instructions, Manufacturing Test Procedures and Acceptance Test Procedures.
Modify equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined Test Plans and Test Instructions.
Use hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Review batch results, compile and generate certificate of analysis.
Follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
Communicate with other team members to solve problems.
Participate in continuous process improvements efforts and priorities set by supervisor.
Understand and follow appropriate protocols

Department specific SOP’s and ISO protocols
Work may change from day-to-day within reasonable and expected boundaries
Follow guidelines and comply with all company safety, quality, and training procedures and regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Engineer
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
Experience setting up and conduct testing of Engineering and Production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences as determined by Test Instructions.
Read, comprehend, and follow: Test instructions, Test Plans, assembly instructions and Operating Procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years related experience conducting tests of Engineering and Production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
