Located on Gilead Road near Novant Hospital, Saladworks in Huntersville is currently looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Prep Cook. Part time prep person needed. 6 am- 10 am Mon-Friday Must have prior kitchen experience. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep. Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes. Undertake basic cooking duties.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
