Your Role With Us:

Provides unit specific tactical support of strategic objectives. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision, direction and evaluation of all activities on assigned unit. Assists in the development and monitoring of fiscal performance and ensure the availability of needed materials, supplies and equipment. Actively participates in and coaches performance improvement activities. Must possess a broad range of skills including communication, team building, organization, leadership and critical thinking. Must be flexible and accept a wide variety of assignments.

Background/Expertise:

• Graduate of a physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy program.
• Current Oregon State License for PT, OT, or Speech Therapy or attainable with 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of (2) years (3 preferred) clinical experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
  
• BLS from the AHA within 90 days of hire required.
