National Sales Manager - Energy

Sales Focus, Inc., (SFI) the global leader in Sales Outsourcing, is searching for a National Sales Manager (PM) to “Develop, Train and Grow” an existing sales team in the energy industry.  The National Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams across the US. This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our client. The National Sales Manager has the responsibility to guide and direct the program, continually monitoring progress as well as all process and procedures. The National Sales Manager is responsible for all growth within the program. Experience with large sales team on National Level.

Requirements

• Must have sales management experience in Healthcare, preferably Energy Sales
• Experience with large sales team on National Level.
• Travel will be required to manage multiple teams across 42 states
• 5 years sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
• Self-starter with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail

Operational Responsibilities

• Primary contact between Client and SFI
• Verification of sales reps achieving KPI and Quotas
• Daily tracking and management of sales teams
• Coordination of staffing with SFI recruiting and HR
• Coordination of Sales Staff Training
• Weekly calls and reporting to client on achievements, obstacles, observations and recommendations.
• Client Satisfaction
• Program continuation and expansion
• Weekly operational meetings with SFI executives

Sales Quotas

• Meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas
• Conduct training for each of his or her regional sales managers on a continual basis
• Manage your team to drive and develop solutions to achieve all goals by identifying and eliminating objections
