Insurance Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the insurance industry and enjoy building relationships with clients. This position requires both P&C and Life License. Base pay generous commission.

Duties:
- Market and sell insurance policies to potential clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Conduct policy reviews and make necessary adjustments to ensure clients have adequate coverage
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Utilize various sales techniques such as retail sales, telemarketing, and outside sales to generate leads and close sales

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, including but not limited to auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines for handling sensitive client information
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for benefits administration

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
