Duties:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of technology equipment on location.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to service calls and provide timely resolution to customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician in technology or appliance repair or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
