The CIO organization and the Data & Analytics Strategic Initiatives team is seeking a Director, Program Management with a proven track record of leading complex projects and programs focused on technical strategy and implementation to drive transformation across the enterprise! The scope of this work will encompass the entire company and may include changes to business processes, technology, data utilization and roles. The role is responsible for end-to-end program management, driving project deliverables and milestones, as well as closely partnering with various business functions to build alignment on scope and approach, technical requirements and processes, and advanced solutions that deliver both short and long term strategic goals.While this is a location-flexible role, to best support customers and/or collaborate with their teams, the candidate will be expected to be in a Salesforce office 1-3 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively plan, coordinate, and direct the delivery of large, complex AI transformation projects and programs across the global enterprise while managing risks and issues to minimize scope, budget, and schedule impacts
  • Collaborate globally to influence key partners, from executives down to SMEs, on project scope/vision, solutions, budget, and schedule; set-up and implement program governance
  • Maintain the program roadmap along with business outcomes and benefits
  • Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with leaders and internal partners to drive alignment and optimize execution and impact.
  • Effectively manage, motivate and hold accountable leads and team members in a matrixed organization to execute on priorities
  • Facilitate regular Program and Sponsorship level meetings to remove roadblocks and accelerate decisions
  • Communicate project strategy, updates, and partner concerns of risks/issues to multiple levels of management, including executive leadership teams across the organization
  • Ability to identify the root cause(s), develop business case justification, acquire partner alignment; recommend prioritization of solutions
  • Leverage data and AI insights to propose project execution strategy and measure results

What sets you apart:

  • Experience in transformation programs across various lines of business demonstrating how technology can drive business innovation and efficiency.
  • Proven track record of leading the delivery of complex transformation or technology programs, effectively bringing together technology, process improvements, and data.
  • A history of leading with influence and building strong, effective partnerships across an organization.
  • Deep experience driving delivery beyond service delivery to true value realization, creating accountability, environment and efficient mix of talent to deliver the last mile, resulting in business outcomes
  • High Emotional Intelligence, being an outstanding active listener and communicator, capable of conveying complex or nuanced concepts in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing to various levels of leadership.
  • Experience working with business and technical teams, demonstrating the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies and vice-versa.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate through ambiguity, thriving in fast-paced and multifaceted environments, and delivering results within tight timeframes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce AI solutions, Slack, and Tableau (reports and dashboards), using these tools to drive insights and decision-making.
  • A deep consulting background is advantageous with exceptional problem-solving, strategic planning, and change management skills, adept at leading cross-functional teams and driving transformation initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver sustainable results.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10 years of proven experience in project leadership, with a significant portion dedicated to managing large-scale technology transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead pivotal initiatives and drive tangible outcomes through the successful completion of complex AI projects, excelling in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong grasp of portfolio, program and project management methodologies, with a preference for those holding certifications, and a proven track record in applying these frameworks to transformative, technical initiatives.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $183,600 to $290,500.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $166,900 to $242,100.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $166,900 to $266,300.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $183,600 to $290,500.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $166,900 to $242,100.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
