This role reports directly to the team creative director and requires the ability to balance being a strong design contributor with art directing and leading the team.

  • Sketches a visual representation of a complex idea quickly, using a whiteboard or scratch paper, in order to help a partner talk through a problem or question
  • Encourages collaboration and sharing between disparate disciplines, acting as “translator” to help people align around an idea
  • In short or long sessions, can own the whiteboard and command a room, standing up in front of a group of people and selectively documenting the conversation and flow of dialogue
  • Can facilitate a “hard” conversation (internal or external) and achieve an agreeable outcome
  • Able to provide insightful, actionable feedback to the creator, balancing micro and macro viewpoints
  • Is highly innovative, always looking for new solutions



Advanced Technical Skills

  • Thorough understanding of the elements of good design and web best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications:
  • Acrobat Pro
  • Bridge
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • Lightroom
  • Photoshop
  • Advanced photo retouching and color correcting skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Figma
  • Proficient at building presentation decks in Google Slides with animations and builds
  • Ability to storyboard video and animation concepts
  • Ability to develop a theme for a virtual or physical event and work with vendors to create assets required
  • Art direct photo shoots
  • Art direct film and video productions
  • Flawless preparation of files for digital and print production
