This role reports directly to the team creative director and requires the ability to balance being a strong design contributor with art directing and leading the team.

Advanced Technical Skills
- Thorough understanding of the elements of good design and web best practices
- Advanced knowledge of the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications:
- Acrobat Pro
- Bridge
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Lightroom
- Photoshop
- Advanced photo retouching and color correcting skills
- Proficient knowledge of Figma
- Proficient at building presentation decks in Google Slides with animations and builds
- Ability to storyboard video and animation concepts
- Ability to develop a theme for a virtual or physical event and work with vendors to create assets required
- Art direct photo shoots
- Art direct film and video productions
- Flawless preparation of files for digital and print production
