THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Project Managers are pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Project Management Office (PMO). This team is responsible for planning and executing Saleloft's strategic initiatives. You will help align and hold teams accountable to their parts within projects.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the success of projects assigned to you. Specifically, you will:
- Ensure your project stakeholders are well informed of project status, new risks, milestone status
- Optimize our PMO process and methodology as needed to ensure we are changing with the company's needs
- Develop relationships with leaders across the organization
- Maintain all project OPAs including the Project Plan, WBS, Risk Register, Communication Schedule, and Budget tracker
- Perform discovery and develop scope statements with project leaders
- Work alongside the Executive Sponsor and responsible party to create the project goal statement, major milestones, and success criteria
- Assist in creating educational materials for our PMO training courses

We are seeking a bias-towards-action, results-oriented, and motivated project manager professional with a passion for organizing, communicating, and owning all aspects of project management. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role as we continue to scale our PMO at Salesloft.

THE TEAM:
Our Salesloft's PMO team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming Project Managers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The PMO consists of strong project management professionals who help Salesloft achieve its strategic goals through relentless planning and execution.

THE SKILL SET:
- Prior consulting project management experience
- 3 years of proven project management experience
- Prior experience utilizing Agile Scrum methodology
- Experience interfacing with C-suite and VP level Sales and Marketing leaders
- Experience leading efforts with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Marketing Operations teams
- Proven success managing internal and external teams across multiple work streams
- Experience navigating large and complex organizations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders
- General knowledge of Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft and/or Outreach), Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Automation (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot) tools is desired
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications
- Experience driving adoption of new technology and processes into existing complex systems
- Ability to lead others through project milestone completions while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop and communicate a detailed project plan
- Ability to track and measure project performance while managing project scope, risk, and budget changes
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Attend Salesloft's New Hire Orientation, where you will learn Salesloft's story and understand what makes our "Lofters" unique
- Begin 1:1's with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
- Meet key partners in various stakeholder departments throughout the company
- Attend meetings related to our current PMO projects
- Become familiar with Salesloft unique project methodology
- Review and understand current in-flight projects and the value they will provide our business.
- Gain a baseline understanding of our product and how each department support our customer
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Own project management tasks on our larger current projects
- Attend a PMO training course and become very familiar with our course material
- Establish relationships with related vendors globally
- Meet with global leaders to establish relationships
- Review performance OKRs with your manager
- Assume responsibility for discovery items on newly assigned projects
- Further your understanding of our product
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to develop understanding of project methodology
- Completely own project lifecycle from discovery to closing
- Continue to meet senior leaders as part of their onboarding experience
- Continue to focus on your OKRs
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Prepare to own program level strategic initiatives
- Advise leadership on project acceptance after intake reviews
- Proactively provide recommendations to leadership regarding our PMO strategy and operations
- Work with senior leadership to align on strategy and execute new initiatives
