Job Specifications/Qualifications
Meets minimum hospital hiring standards.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
Has experience as an EMR super user or analyst.
Has the ability to educate and relate to staff and physicians.
Able to use creativity and analytical ability to solve problems in a variety of client situations, roles, and environments.
Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
A successful candidate will have the ability to:
Understand assigned duties and responsibilities, establish priorities and plans, and use appropriate procedures, tools, equipment and materials for assigned work.
Complete all assignments within specified time limits and adjust to unexpected changes in work demands to meet timetables.
Be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, requests additional assignments or responsibilities, suggests and implements improved work methods, and takes ownership.
Project a positive work attitude, relate effectively to coworkers, use tact and diplomacy, and act professionally at all times with corporate and facility personnel.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other clinical area, ADN, or graduate of certified nursing program.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current RN license with the State of Arkansas.
