What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyperson position at Salisbury Management, Inc.?
Salisbury Management, Inc. - Association Management company seeks Handyperson, full-time / regular pay equal to experience, vehicle provided.
Health insurance, Dental Insurance, HSA, and 401K participation are offered.
Primary duty : Handyperson / Maintenance Person to perform maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Coordinator.
Managed property sites include condominium associations and some commercial buildings concentrated in the Central Mass area.
Performs interior and exterior building maintenance and repairs. Keeps records of time spent and work orders completed. Other general duties as assigned.
Applicant must have a valid Massachusetts Driver’s license. Applicant must possess general knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in the maintenance field.
Physical strength and the ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor are required. Applicant must possess the ability to interact professionally with tenants / unit owners and association trustees.
