So, what is the role and requirements? Looking for an individual who has high interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent the food production 
• Assign production and preparation levels based on projected business forecast.
• Maintain proper inventory levels; restocks and orders new inventory. Maintains supplier connection
• Oversee recipe compliance
• Receive and inspect all deliveries and invoices 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 
• Experience in hospitality preferred  

• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping
• Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for an extended period of time
• Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department and other required organizations according to local codes.
