About this role:
This role is responsible for driving brand recognition for Salsify ANZ within region. Working closely with the Managing Director, ANZ, Sales and Customer Success teams and the US Parent, Salsify Inc to develop strategy and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the ANZ business that aligns with the company's goals and drives growth.
- Develop and execute revenue generating marketing campaigns
- Oversee a schedule of regular communications with clients, including product updates
- Work with key clients to create engaging case studies
- Accelerate brand recognition in region, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications.
- Create compelling and targeted marketing materials across a variety of channels.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with sales, client success and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment on business objectives.
- Work with the global marketing team (based in the US) to ensure brand and execution consistency
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve team goals.
- Liaise with external stakeholders on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage and deliver other ad hoc marketing projects as needed (eg events, re-branding and website update project, integration of internal systems with global, etc)
Qualifications:
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated project and timeline management.
- Strong management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, SEO etc
- Ability to think deeply and creatively about reaching target audiences.
- Preferred:
- Experience in a Retail or SaaS technology business.
