Description

Budget Rent a Car of Utah is seeking a Night Auditor to add to their night staff.


Schedule will be 11PM-7AM, if you are a night owl and like graveyard shifts, this is for you! FULL TIME.

  • Operate the computer counter agent control system (open and close rental contracts, contract modification, etc.)
  • Address customers inquiries: explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
  • Promote and sell coverage and upgrades (GPS, additional insurance, rental car upgrade, etc.)
  • Help with administrative and clerical duties (filing, entering info into computer)
  • Occasional shuttling of rental cars, as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional communication skills and resolution experience
  • Proficient in general office equipment (fax machines, calculators, photocopiers, etc.)
