Job Posting for Customer Service Representative at Salt Lake Express

Customer Service Representative Position Summary: Provide good customer service, mainly to customers calling the Salt Lake Express or entering the office. Customer Service Reps are required to provide information along with creating reservations for passengers. Good computer skills are necessary for proficiently fulfilling job requirements. There are multiple shifts available. The position also requires employees to work every other weekend.This includes Saturday and Sunday.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner, providing good customer service.
  • Having knowledgeable computer skills, giving customers correct information and creating reservations efficiently.
  • Having communication skills, to effectively provide information to coworkers and customers.
  • Responsible for a clean and neat appearance of working environment.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
