Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and restaurant management, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverages.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, kitchen management, and customer service

- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers

- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Oversee the implementation of new menu items or promotions

- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is required

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
