AGENCY ACCOUNT MANAGER SKILLS NEEDED
In the role of Agency Account Manager, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and must be able to communicate politely and manage all client relationships. Sales and marketing skills are important to increase agency client base and work with media industry professionals. Professional and respectful communications as well as knowledge of the advertising industry are essential to success in this role.
The Account Manager’s job duties include having a strong but non-aggressive leadership style, make good use of time and resources, and present the product deliverables and advertising media plans to the client. Budget and attention to detail is a must for this role.
