Salubrity, supporting independent fitness and wellness professionals in improving the health of their local communities through the flexible use of stunning spaces and leading-edge systems, is hiring a part-time Sales & Operations Manager to join this amazing, emerging organization. We offer a fun, inspirational, and healthy environment. This is an onsite and work from home position – but must be located within 25 miles to Pennington, NJ. The ideal candidate is high energy, experienced with sales and operations experience.
This candidate should have the ability and drive to seek out fitness and wellness professionals proactively to assist them in leasing space at Salubrity. Candidate must be willing and able to mine for independent fitness professionals and have the ability to reach out to them via various forms of communication; social inbox messages, phone calls, texting and emailing. The goal is to drive applications for leasing space at Salubrity and work with management to approve applicants
Individual must be charismatic and have a genuine drive and love for helping independent fitness and wellness professionals grow their business outside a gym, studio, spa etc. .
Must be experienced with web-based technologies (i.e. Zoom, Livestreaming, Webinar Delivery, etc.), passionate about helping and inspiring customers, and excel at communication via phone, email, and video conferencing. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. Additionally, strong competency with consultative selling is essential for this role. As a Salubrity Success Specialist, you will perform outreach to prospective customers and show them how using our sister company’s platform (MyFitPod) best aligns with their business goals and strategic objectives. Therefore, a collaborative approach is key as this role is expected to contribute ideas and recommend tactical improvements to the PodPros who are launching, growing, or elevating their business with Salubrity and MyFitPod.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential fitness and wellness professionals about starting own business and using Salubrity brick and mortar space
Provide daily accountability reports via slack and weekly presentations on team calls
Develop and drive marketing plan to reach out to fitness and wellness professionals
Manage and coordinate times available for Salubrity members at Pennington location
Establish and maintain leasing schedule and leases for professionals
Collaborate with Salubrity creative, management, real estate, and investors to help bring vision of “future fitness destination” to life
Assist in establishing a method of collecting payments from professionals by working in tandem with the Myfitpod team to provide roi reports
Be the Liaison between fitness and wellness members and help them onboard onto MyFitPod digital platform
Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist many new PodPros with implementation
Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key MyFitPod stakeholders
Educate customers on MyFitPod’s toolkit, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
Record customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in HubSpot and communicate to key MyFitPod stakeholders
Ensure professionals receive superior service
Work with the sales, finance, operations, and engineering teams
Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and operational objectives
Listen carefully to information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper use of MyFitPod’s tools
Establish strong relationships with new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers
Facilitate marketing, social media, and other business functions needed to help broader team with goals.

- Part-time (about 20 hours/week) to start
- Profit Interest: Available after 90 review
While some work may be completed remotely, onsite responsibilities include setting up technology for fitness instructors, keeping the studio in order and ready for classes, meeting new instructors and assisting with questions, troubleshooting as needed.
