We are currently looking for great Occupational Therapists for the Temecula and Murrieta areas!
We have Full Time and Per Diem available!! These are W-2 positions, 1099 not available! Visit Rates are as follows: Evaluation: $100.00 per visit, Routine Visit: $90.00 per visit, $90.00 per Discharge, $100.00 Discharge with OASIS, $20.00 Phone Discharge, $40.00 per hour for training and orientation.
Hourly Rates which would include Drive Time is also an option for Full Time staff.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
Licensed in the State of CA
Must have at least 1 year of OT experience (clinicals do not count)
Mandatory Home Health experience is required
Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
Current Car Insurance
