JOB DETAILS
In this position, the Learning Development Coordinator will ensure the successful implementation and ongoing engagement of student enrollment in the E1 Leadership Development Program at area schools.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Conduct in-school visits to monitor & evaluate program delivery and engagement
- Collaborate with the school Facilitators to offer best practices and tips for successful program delivery
- Regularly provide reporting and problem case updates to corporate management and school faculty
- Serve as a classroom Facilitator to ensure program continuity as needed based on scheduling
- Suggest and implement creative ways to maintain student and faculty engagement with the program
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, or 2-4 years equivalent experience desired
- Proficiency with computers and standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) required
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Tactful, diplomatic professional able to deal with busy educators
- Flexibility / adaptability / quick thinking / problem solver / time management
- Able to monitor program performance against planned outcomes to close training gaps
- Close attention to detail / self-motivated
SALARY
Annual salary range : $40-$45K
