Donation Attendant
Job Posting for Donation Attendant at Salvation Army Family Thrift Store
The Attendant is responsible for keeping the environment in a clean, tidy and safe condition for students, staff, and visitors. He or she also monitors levels of indoor air and adjusts the HVAC to ensure that the building is suitably heated or cooled. Additionally, the Attendant will handle all maintenance issues and repairs. The right candidate will be able to work independently without supervision and be a good communicator with other staff and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Keep supply room stocked with supplies and equipment daily.
- Be able to meet project deadlines and to work independently on most projects.
- Clean and maintain restrooms or locker rooms on a daily basis.
- Work well with co-workers, patients, and families.
- Use proper lifting techniques, especially when moving heavy objects.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.,.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
