The Attendant is responsible for keeping the environment in a clean, tidy and safe condition for students, staff, and visitors. He or she also monitors levels of indoor air and adjusts the HVAC to ensure that the building is suitably heated or cooled. Additionally, the Attendant will handle all maintenance issues and repairs. The right candidate will be able to work independently without supervision and be a good communicator with other staff and vendors.
