Role Overview:
As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing pre-litigation client cases from inception to resolution. You will work closely with our team of attorneys to provide exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring efficient progress through every stage of their cases.
Responsibilities:
- Direct collaboration with assigned attorneys to manage and oversee the progression of client cases prior to and throughout litigation.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the claims processes, injury recognition, recoverable damages, and presentation of the claim for maximum client recovery.
- Organizing and maintaining the online case files to include meticulous documentation of any case activity and entry of data into the case management system.
- Creating automations and processes to ensure that routine tasks and functions are not overlooked.
- Proactively update clients on case status, gather information, and address questions, delivering consistent outstanding service while recognizing their reliance on our support during challenging circumstances.
- Obtain and organize medical records and other necessary documentation to support the client's case.
- Communicate with insurance companies to keep them informed about the nature of our clients' injuries and damages, and to collaborate with attorneys for successful negotiations on behalf of our clients.
- Assure that recoverable first-party insurance benefits are identified and obtained for our clients.
- Identification of third parties with potential liens and recovery rights and ensure that those are resolved on behalf of our clients.
- Preparing final settlement distributions and assuring that clients promptly receive the full shares to which they are entitled.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a personal injury law firm.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Familiarity with insurance claims.
- Ability to understand and interpret medical records.
- Capable and skilled in effectively negotiating and discussing claim information with insurance companies and other pertinent parties.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in case management.
- Ability to collaborate with others to execute game plans for client successes.
- Proficiency with computer software.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
