Position Summary... What you'll do... About Team: Sam's Club is our membership warehouse club, a business model that provides our members with high-quality products at prices that are unrivaled by traditional retail. What you'll do: Responsible for organizing, facilitating, leading a Change Advisory Board and managing Change Management, reporting Change Management performance KKPI and perform required change management guidance, documentation and procedures. Collaborate on an overall roadmap and ensure application & Service providers alignment with change management, software deployments and automated CI/CD Pipelines. Perform response and resolution for escalated service requests and incidents. Skill set in data analytics, data collection, reporting and presentation, process workflow and automation tools. What you'll bring: Must be able to support numerous teams cross-functionally to deploy mobile applications. Effectively communicate to cross-functional senior leaders and peers to deliver appropriate messages on service management in a clear and concise manner. Breath of knowledge and prior experience with IT solutions such as network, compute, storage, platform, cloud, database, software, systems, security, mail, Windows, Mac, Unix, Linux, and others. Highly analytical and strategic thinker with ability to synthesize complex or diverse information. Skill set in data analytics, data collection, reporting and presentation, process workflow and automation tools.
