We offer great rates based on experience and/or availability. All shifts are available; full time, part time, and per diem.

- Active NJ CHHA license
- 2 Forms of ID
- Physical exam and PPD (PPD step 2)
- Proof of MMR
- Chest X-ray if PPD is positive
